for the inspection of the elongation of the car harness, the inspection should be carried out according to the elongation and the relevant standards of the country. if the customer has special requirements, it should be strictly controlled according to its requirements. the specific step is to turn on the elongation tester's switch, and then carefully observe whether the inducer on the left is in the original position, the readings shown on the instrument are not zero. if the left induction clamp is not in the original position, the reading on the instrument is not zero, then it is to be set up. that is, press the recovery key and set the zero key. then gently open the induction clip, put one of the copper wires that need to be tested inside the induction clip, then press the induction clamp, straighten the copper wire and put the other end in another induction clip, press the induction clip, hold the wire and press the test key. finally, when the copper wire is broken and the wire has stopped moving, the reading number on the instrument is observed, the above reading is the elongation of the copper wire to be detected.
